From the time I was a teenager, I knew I wanted to make a difference in the world. But I got detoured, delayed, and just plain stuck in fear, procrastination, and uncertainty. Wanting to do things right, but not having the confidence to step out of my sad status quo.

Anyway, I’ll be sixty next year, and I’ve finally found the work I want to do in the world– my healing modality.
I help people process their emotions and move past experiences that have kept them stuck in fear and frustration. Especially people who, like myself, early on had someone or something dash their dreams and cause them to doubt themselves and the difference they came to make in the world.
For me, it was a strict, religious upbringing and a fearful, controlling mom. What was it for you?
